Payments are processed through a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. Mode Peptides does not collect or store your full payment card information.
Orders may be subject to fraud screening, and we may request additional verification before fulfillment.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, an applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We ship to U.S. addresses only.
Delivery estimates displayed at checkout or provided through carrier tracking are estimates provided by the applicable carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Mode Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser when the carrier accepts the shipment.
Shipping Protection, where offered, may be added to an order at the stated percentage of the order value and may be removed before purchase.
If Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit may qualify for replacement in accordance with the applicable Shipping Protection terms.
If Shipping Protection is declined, shipments lost, stolen, or damaged during transit may not qualify for complimentary replacement.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Mode Peptides is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the purchaser.
Unopened products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the conditions described on our Returns page.
Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to the nature of research materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one discount code may be applied to each order.
Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Mode Peptides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke discount codes at any time, including in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.
